Food and drink are very important in our life.Without them we can't live.In order to keep healthy,we should eat the proper food and drink water every day.We should have three healthy meals every day especially breakfast.If we don't have breakfast ,we will feel hungry and we don't have enough energetic in the morning.We'd better have enough fruit and vegetables because they are rich in vitamines which is good for our health.We shouldn't eat junk food which is bad for us healthy.Milk is also good,too.
