The best time to see the animals then,is in the evening,just as the sun is setting.The best time of the year to come is in late September,or eatly August,just before the rains.Then the animals must come to the waterholes,as there is no other place for them to drink.And they like to come while it is sitll light so they can see if any dangers are creeping up on them.
So it is sunset,and after the night falls,that the creatures of the African veldt rise and go about their business.

一年之中最好的时间是在九月底或者八月初,反正要在雨季以前.
那时动物们都要来到水眼旁,因为只有那儿才能找到水喝.
它们喜欢在仍有一点光的时候去那儿,这样它们才能注意周围是否有靠近的危险.
所以在夜幕降临,夕阳西斜后,非洲草原的生物们就开始出现,开始他们的工作了!
