G：it's too noisy down there on the street. Is there any possiblity that you do something to make it quieter?Because it really bothers me.
B：We are very sorry about this. We are handling it as soon as possible. A little patience may do you good, Sir (Mam).
G：And also I don't feel comfortable when lie in the bed, there must be something wrong with it, Could you shift it for me?
B：Please don't worry about it. We will check it for you first and then if necessary we wll serve you a new bed. Is that ok?
