在市场经济条件下,资本是一个企业产生、生存与发展的原动力,企业持续经营与不断拓展必须首先以筹资活动作为先决条件,而筹资活动也是企业经营活动的重要组成部分.我国电信企业为了解决资金缺乏这一难题,大多采用股票筹资的方式筹集资金.而对于处于垄断地位的电信企业来说,利用自己的无形资产发行企业债券筹资无疑是最理想的.本文从这一矛盾现象出发,在对两种筹资方式进行比较的基础上,着重分析了这种现象产生的原因和对电信企业的影响.以求通过对我国电信企业筹资现状分析,为电信企业的发展提出合理建议.
