名词前面加了形容词定语以后,是不是就不用再格外的加the a these that之类的了?

名词前面加了形容词定语以后,是不是就不用再格外的加the a these that之类的了?
比如：
Read Privacy Policies
Individual privacy is protected
但又看见share information with,ask questions before deciding等,名词前没有任何形容词定语,也没有the之类的定语
有点区分不清了,感觉前面加不加the a 之类都没什么关系.以前都是习惯所有名词前面都要有个什么词盖着,从来没有直接用,不要复制罗列一大堆出来,最好举例说明一下怎么区分.先行谢过.

两者没有太大关联,如tell a lie,tell the truth,之所以"share information with'不用加定语是因为‘information'不可数,也非特指,’ask questions before deciding'是因为‘questions'是复数,也不是特指,所以不用加....
