benchmark还可以做动词,就是参考、检测（同相似产品比较从而改进自身产品的行为,和参考差不多）.
整体的意思就是：CEO交给你一个任务：对于BES中存在的运筹学结构描述做一份评估报告,如果你愿意你可以参考任何已知的相关报告.
