你好.其它任何场合都有可以通用,除了the way 做主语时,只能用that / which ,不能用“不填”.例如：
The way that / in which / 不填 you do the work is different from the way that / which is usual to me when I do the work.（注意,第二个the way在从句里是主语,所以只能用that 或者which,不能用“不填”,因为这里的“不填”,就做宾语了.）
