Thank you for your season ticket details received in this office 26 April,2007.
The Unpaid Fare Notice was issued as it is a requirement under Section 1 of the National Conditions of Carriage,for a valid ticket/accompanying document for the journey you are making to be shown when requested by an authorised person.
Having checked our records the notice has been cancelled but will be recorded per season ticket regulations as one of two occasions that the fare for the journey is not charged over any twelve month period.
If a separate ticket was purchased to cover the journey involved,the cost can be reclaimed from the booking office upon production of the season ticket.
