六、本合同第四条为乙方选择条款,乙方可以不填写.合同订立后,乙方不能交付本合同全款的,须向甲方缴纳不低于本合同交易金额20%的定金.当甲方收到乙方的剩余款额（余款在一周之内补齐,逾期以本合同的款额按每天1%的比例由甲方向乙方收取滞纳金）之日起,甲方给乙方发货.如果乙方没有向甲方缴纳买断金,那么乙方对甲方产品在乙方地区（本合同区域）的销售（本合同产品）无本合同之外的约束力.
