With strong compitition in society,people nowadays feel big pressure not only from work,also from the family.this kind of group is called sandwich generation.which means they have parents and kids.
This generation need to take care of old mans in family,and feed young children.which,obviously,they don't have enough time and energy to run on.they are tired with busy working all days but they can not take a breath.once they stop working,they can not afford the expense of life like pay of the house-loaning,continue child's education.
Consequesence would not be expected,because long term pressure does harm to one's physical and mental status,which may influnence the peace and system of society if one can not conrol hisself.
in my opinion,government should take responsibily to relif the load for this generations,there are many may,I'd mention some of them like:improve the salary,import the living condition,get benifit to aging people and reduce the expence of going to the hospital.In all,if the system of welfare should be improved so that the generation would not be anxious about their living.
