How is going recently? Due to some unpleasant experience in work, I really want to share with you.
Mary has promoted me to trainee supervisor for half a year.on one hand, my payment hasn't changed, on the other hand, my workload has increased a lot.
Ann, who is my manager, possesses a very bad impression on me. she always evaluate me with low working efficiency, thus forces me to overwork almost everyday! Till now, I didn't even pass the Middle EV. God knows when would she promote me to the formal supervisor.
I am now in a paradox and confused. John ,can you kindly do me a favor with some advice?
