In the past,I used to be very fat because I always had a lot of beef and pork for lunch and dinner.I did not like to eat vegetables.My eating habit was not healthy.I also used to play computer games.I hated not like running and doing exercise.However,I become thinner now because I have good habits.For example,I often eat vegetables and fruit.I seldom play computer games.And I do morning exercise every day.I think if we want to keep healthy,we should do more exercise and eat more healthy food such as vegetables and fruit.
