本题的would be sent是不是过去将来时的被动语态,还是其它时态?

had been 是不是过去完成时,would be caught 是不是过去将来时的被动语态,如果是的话为什么这里要用被动语态?

第一题的理解正确,第二题前面是正确的,但是would be caught这里应该用would catch,用过去将来时,因为sb catch cold,这个没有被动的意思
