一开始总是觉得体训是一种愉快的活动,不过只有进入了体训队,开始和队友们一起训练的时候才能体会到那一种艰辛.每天一开始都要进行身体的柔韧训练,对于身板像铁块一样的我来说,要做和跳芭蕾舞的那些人做一样的动作,这简直是一种折磨.慢慢的,身体终于柔软起来了,我也开始了正常的训练.
