Owing to business arrangement,the business sponsoring party in the United States has arranged for the business meeting to start on April 12.I would be most grateful if your embassy could advance the date of my interview to around April 5th.I have enclosed herewith a copy of the invitation from the business sponsoring party in the United States as supporting evidence.
