为什么look up后才加imformation而refer to 不能?
而且 好像只能说refer to a dictionary 不能用look up a dictionary?

look up 后加你查找的东西,如a new word ,information等,refer to指查阅,参考,后面加dictionary,Internet,reference book,note等
