The phenomenon that high school girls are widely on diet to keep fit is common.
They just eat less or even little to keep slim,which makes them easy to be tired,so,they can't concentrate on study,then get big lose.They don't realise that they are doing wrong,a good supper can supply the energy and nutrition they need while studying,and exercising more is the best way to not only build a good figure but also invigorate health effectively.
