Some city planners belive that each city is unique — in other words,that because of cultural differences,one city cannot copy a solution to a special problem for anther.But others feel that cities can learn from one anther.Not all people belive in the horrible predictions for cities of the future.Instead,they feel that they can solve urban problems and prevent future ones.
