请帮我翻译下.Dear Client,Thank you for your e-mail enquiry.In making a decision,officers are required to follow the Migration law in relation to what aspects to consider when assessing and deciding a tourist visa application.Relevant considerations in deciding whether an applicant intends a genuine visit can include,but are not limited to,funds,income,previous travel overseas,and employment,personal and financial ties.When an application is finalised,there is no legal basis to change the decision and no further assessment of this application can be taken.It is open to applicant to make a new application again if he/she wishes,however,unless there has been any significant change in circumstances or there is substantial new information to be provided,the outcome is unlikely to be any different.Usually to be fair,if the applicant decides to lodge a new application,his/her new application will be assessed by another case officer.In the new application,the applicant would need to address the issues raised in the previous refusal letter or have an explanation attach to the new application.Each application is assessed on its individual merits and the onus is on the applicant to satisfy the decision-maker that their intention to only visit Australia is genuine.Applicant can provide anything that is helpful to his/her application.In doing so,it would help the new case officer understand applicant's circumstance much better.Regards,
