Yes,it should be banned.Smoking does not only harm people's health,it also degrades social morality.According to the scientists,more than 30% of the smokers will die prematurely from lung cancer,emphysema,heart disease and other tobacco-caused diseases.And that does not include the kids who become addicted to spit (smokeless) tobacco.Currently,an estimated 4.5 million kids between the ages of 12 and 17 are smokers,collectively smoking more than 500 million packs of cigarettes a year.Apparently,smoking is affecting the youth,which also means that as long as smoking is undisciplined,our future generation will be surrounded with crime and misfortune as though living in a dim and hopeless environment.
