Task 3:Representation (worth 1/2 mark)
For this task you will generate two (2) charts and print the spreadsheet on 1 page
1.Generate a clustered column chart with 3-d vision effect for the profit from the 10 departments in 1 graph.Put the legend on top of the chart.Include a title “Profit for all department stores” and make sure the series in the legend is changed to “profit”.
2.Generate a line chart,with markers displayed at each data value,showing the averages for all months (Jan-Dec).Make sure the series is labelled “average” the title of the chart is “Average”; the x-axis has the label “months” and show the data table.Legend should be on top of the chart.
3.The spreadsheet should be setup in a landscape position for printing and the spreadsheet must fit on 1 page when you print it.
