能不能翻译成，对虾过敏吗？你可能是由它做的。就像是 sth is made out of a cup 本来是个杯子来，后来做成了sth 当然 根据语境语意不对，但按照语法，是不是可以翻成 ：对虾过敏吗？你可能是由它做的。由它长成的 或 你以前生活在一堆虾里。
我怎么就想不到是 “戒掉它”的意思呢 简直是不是一般笨

楼上后半句都不对啊.
前面对的,'对虾过敏吗?'
后面的意思是 "你可能长大就好了",或者 "你会习惯的",
'out of it' 是说不过敏了,如果是对小孩子就是说长大了也许会好的.
类似的用法还有:
He has asthma.We hope he'll grow out of it.他有气喘,我们希望他长大了就好了.
