Dear Mr Martin Hill:
I am terrible sorry that I failed to reply two lists of quotation for a little while ago the supply of computer keyboard in time. That is owing to the fact that my office was decorated without telling me the exact time. I had to look over the process of decoratetion, and I will continue to look over them in the following several days. So my work was delaied.
I really regret that I haven't reply lists in time, and gave you some inconveniences. I have prepared the two lists to you and will send you it with this letter. Besides, I sincerely hope you can understand my situation and accept my apology for any inconvenience caused.

I really regret that I haven't replied(reply) lists in time,and that I gave you some inconvenience(s).I have prepared the two lists for(to) you and I am sending(will send)(写这封信的时候马上就寄出去了 将来时不合适）it to you (it) with this letter.Besides,I sincerely hope that you can understand me(my situation) and accept my apology for any inconvenience caused.
