随着信息时代的前进和企业对竞争情报认识的深入，竞争情报在企业中的战略应用也在逐渐展开中。许多中小企业急需竞争情报的研究成果来帮助制定战略，获得竞争优势。中小企业数量庞大，在市场竞争中处于相对劣势，大多需要竞争情报的帮助来提高企业竞争力，规划合适的发展战略。但是，他们对竞争情报的认识较少，缺乏足够的资金和竞争情报人才同时又缺乏合适的方法搜集竞争情报。本论文正是在这种时代背景和需求下应运而生的。本文针对这一需求在广泛搜集资料的基础上提出相应的解决方案，对我国企业竞争情报研究内容进行深入探讨。并结合中小企业的实际情况，探讨了我国中小企业发展竞争情报所遇到的问题及解决方法，即中小企业竞争情报战略搜集应用的工作方法。该方法能对企业的竞争情报战略应用起到借鉴作用。

With the advance of the information age and enterprises in-depth understanding ofcompetitive intelligence,competitive intelligence,strategic applications in the enterprisealso is unfolding.Many SMEs are in urgent need of competitive intelligence research to help develop a strategy to gain a competitive advantage.The large number of small and medium enterprises at a relative disadvantage in the competition in the market,most of the needs of competitive intelligence to help to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,planning appropriate development strategy.However,less competitive intelligence,lack of adequate funding and competitive intelligence personnel while thelack of a suitable method to collect competitive intelligence.In this thesis it is in thebackground and needs of this era came into being.In response to this demand,propose appropriate solutions in the extensive collection of data on the basis of depth study ofChina's enterprise competitive intelligence research.Combined with the actual situationof SMEs and to explore the problems and solutions encountered in the development ofSMEs in China competitive intelligence,working methods SME competitive intelligence strategy to collect applications.This method can play a reference role in the strategic application of competitive intelligence.
