自2001年我国加入WTO以来,汽车行业由于合并***,尤其是国外企业在中国市场的抢滩登陆,从而引起的人才流失问题非常严重,如何解决这个问题是困扰着汽车企业管理者的难题.本文阐述了现阶段汽车行业人才流失的成因以及可能的相对应的对策并结合实例,探讨了引起汽车行业技术人才流失的人力资源管理方面的原因.并提出了解决的对策和措施：建立科学的薪酬制度、绩效考评、培训制度等.
本文研究成果能够为汽车企业人力资源管理提供理论依据,指出了人才流失的多方面的人力资源管理的因素,能为汽车企业的人力资源管理提供新颖的管理方法.

Since China entered to WTO in 2001,because of the reformation of the automobile industry especially foreign companies landing in the China market,the loss of man power has become a serious problem.It's difficult for the group managers to solve this probelm.This paper pronounced the reason that man power losing in the automobile industry and the solutions to it.It concluded with the practical issues and discussed the reasons of management of human resource that caused man power losing in the automobile industry.It came up with the procedures and solutions to the problem and built up scientific salary system,profit evaluation and training system.The achievements of this paper can provide the theoretical proves for automobile industry.and pointed out the factors of losing the man power in the management of human resource in many aspects.It can provide some new managing methods for management of human resource in automobile industry.
