写一篇英语情景对话,
内容是打电话去取消AXE的银行卡.
首先有两个人,一个是caller,一个是agent.首先caller就打电话给银行要取消一张叫AXE的银行卡,理由有三个(选其中一个作为你要取消的理由):(1)general dissatisfaction with the credit card service.(2)extra and increased charges.(3)lack of self-discipline in spending.
然后agent就要尽力去说服让caller不要取消卡,理由也有三个(3个理由都要用上):(1)It's a good line of credit.(2)It may affect your credit rating.(3)If you still have an outstanding balance..
总的来说就是caller要取消卡,然后agent要尽力去说服caller不要取消卡.
所用的英语单词不要太深,浅显易懂就好,大概可以讲2分钟左右的对话.

C:There is sth wrong with my AXE credit card.I’ve been using it for 3 years,but I feel more and more dissatisfied with the service and the extra charges.So I’d like to abolish it.
A:I’m sorry to hear it.First,please accept our sincerely apologize.You’re our old guest.There is some way to help us serve you more.
C:Thanks.There is one thing I want is to abolish my AXE credit card.
A:I hope you would like to give us a chance again to improve the service for you.So,what would you like us to do for you?
C:I don’t need it,I just abolish it.
