Financial management target of enterprise is the hopeful harvest of activities of financial management, it is also a fundamental critiria to analyze and assess if financial management is appropriate to which the whole enterprise management has primary impact.However, as the dissemination of financial crisis nowadays, all the fields in our country are bearing the deterioration of external environment, internal efficiency drop and financial risk rise.Under such a circumstance,adopting reasonable financial management target is enabled with more significance.This essay aims to analyze the historical evolution of financial management target theory of China and the actual social situations, in order to set the scientific choice,exploration and adopting of financial management target in financial crisis.
