Fruity Mix is a health food restaurant founded in 1978.It serves all kinds of health food fruit juice smoothies.The target audience is health-conscious people aged between 25 and 50.The logo design is to be illustrative with a simple but catchy font,something not too hi-tech.And the logo is to be of three colors using purple,blazck and gold.It needs to suit the stlye of the health food industry.A questionnaire should be viewed as a multi-stage process,beginning with deflnition of the aspects to be examined and ending with interpretation of the results.Every step needs to be designed carefully because the final reslts will be misleading even if a small part goes wrong in the questionnaire process.Although questionnaires may be cheap to administer compared to other data collection methods,they are every bit as expensive in terms of design time and interpretation.
