Experience with CATT?
Hi,my company is planning to introduce automatic testing of the R/3 System.Therefore we want to use the Test Workbench in die ABAP Workbench.Does anyone have any practical Experience with this tool and can give me some hints for good literature.I would also need some good field advice.I would be very happy about any advice.Greetingstom1978

>tom1978Well,it is hard to say.First,what transactions you will be using.Like I said,I am currently having problems with EnjoySAP transactions but I am starting to figure out workarounds.Another technical problem that I had is you can't capture values from reports so when you do transactions that has an report output you can't get the values.In that case you would have to do them idividualy.I don't think I have had any other major problems,techinicaly.The other problem is in the business.Like you have to be sure there is or there isn't stock,or that there is demand,or ...All depending on what you want to do.But if you can just say "be sure there is stock for material xxx" to the tester then you have no problems.If you want CATT to check execute the next step according to the results,then it gets more complicated.Anyways,I think (e)CATT can do what you are asking.The question is,is it worth the effort.查看原帖>>
