I am very sorry to learn from your letter dated 14 July 20XX that the desktop computer you bought at our shop because of the crash after the installation of a software programme.
Unfortunately, since you bought the computer during the sales. So, it has no warranty. We regret to tell you that our shop cannot fix your computer free of charge. But we can arrange to have your computer fixed at our authorized dealer for a small fee of HK$450. The fee is to cover the servicing cost.
We regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you. We hope you will be satisfied with the arrangement we have made for you. You can call me on 2887 9987 if you have any queries.
