Because I would like to take a new challenge to start something myself.I would therefore appreciate it if you would accept my resignation effective from 4 Jan,2008.
I would be very much obliged if you would kindly give me a reference letter before I leave.Thank you for all that you have done to make my work here both interesting and enjoyable.

It's so difficult for me to make the decision for the life here is interesting and enjoyable.But I would like to take a new challenge to start something else,which is the kind of life style I am seeking for all the time.I would therefore appreciate it if you would accept my resignation effectively from 4 Jan,2008.
