：If the interest rate is 5% ,what is the present value of a security that pays you $1,050 next year and $1,102.50 tow years form now If this security sold for $2,200 ,is the yield to mayurity greater or less than5%?why?
：Suppose that the inflation rate is currently 8% and that most investors believe that inflation will remain at this level indefinitely.you are convinced ,however ,that the inflation will decline to 5% or less should you buy a 10-year Rreasury bond or a 5-year Treasury bond?why?

1050/(1+5%)=1000
1102.50/[(1+5%)(1+5%)]=1000
第三个小问题没有说这个债券是几年的啊!
如果通货膨胀率是8%,那么一定不要买国债,因为利息还没有通货膨胀率高,相当于亏本,如果是5%的话,可以买国债,至少不赚也不赔!
