到底什么时候该有with，什么时候不要加？还是with可有可无，

答案

第二句改为We get on well with each other 时就加with,而together在此相当于with each other.在第二句加with 是不对的,第一句缺少with是不对的.
with最为介词,后面有名词或代词等作其宾语时就必须加with 否则无需,together不是宾语,所以不需要!
