这个是我入学通知书上的一段话.我前两天去广州签证,那个签证官说我没有ielts成绩,不给我签.我跟前台的解释了半了,说这信明明只说要有4.0的能力,并不需要证明呀.她说签证官说认为这信就是有条件的,条件就是要ielts4.0..
this offer is made on the conditon that your english language ability is at a level where you can deal with most situations that are likely to arise regularly in day to day work ,school,leisure situations and whilst travelling in an area where english is spoken.you should also be able to briefly give spoken and written reasons and explanations for you opinions and plans.this is approximately equivalent to IELTS 4.0 although documentary proof is not required.
