One possible version: Recently a survey about the reasons for the animals’ dying out has been carried out by a wildlife protection organization. The result shows that about half of the animals’ dying out results from unplanned hunting performed by human beings. About 20 percent is caused by the losing of their habitats. Some species such as pandas cannot adapt to the changing environment, while others die out because of the pollution caused by agriculture and industry. Besides, natural disaster, such as the flood which happened in South China in 1998, also make many species disappear. In my opinion, we should take an active part in preventing the animals from dying out. The government should get tough with those who destroy nature or kill precious animals illegally. Meanwhile, we can set up more reserves to protect the valuable species. |
