Dear Mrs. Smith,
Thank you very much for your letter last week. When you were teaching in our school, you gave me a lot of advice on how to improve my listening, reading and writing skills. Following your advice, I have listening and speaking practice every day. I’ve done a lot of reading, especially fast reading. When I write, I try to use words and patterns I have learned from the textbook. Thus I have made a lot of progress. However, I remain pretty weak in Cloze Test.
