本来不想解释的,不过,天才如我居然也马虎了一道,说说吧,咳咳：
1.All women want to escape from the kitchen,_____ the limited place _____ society expects them to fill.
A.which,that
B./,/
C./.where
D.where.which
所有的妇女都想要逃离厨房,那个有限的空间（后面是定语从句）：社会期望他们去添充.
很显然,看意思第一空就不用添；
第二空the place (that省略了)=where
可见,不添,定语从句中that省了.

贝多芬被认为是最伟大的作曲家之一.
我记得有最高级的时候,就用that,不能用who:
that has ever been known.=ever known.
定语从句,换成过去分词后置定语,意思一样.

only to do 是常见的句式.
不要把这句话与look forward to doing弄混了.
这里是两句话：look forward 还有only to do .
