我们从贵公司购买的设备,充电一天后,只能使用5分钟左右就黑屏,再也无法开机,再充一天电后,才能开机使用5小时左右,能否告知故障产生的原因?

We found a couple of problems using the equipment we purchased from your company as follows:




After first 24 hours power charge,the equipment only ran for nearly 5 minutes and  its screen went blackout.We tried to reboot it but failed.


After second 24 hours power charge,it was successfully turned on but went blackout again after 5 hours working. 



Will you please let me know the cause of these problems?
