前言：大量出现在二十世纪八十年代的中国中小企业蓬勃发展,一度创造了中国经济发展的奇迹.但是在中国进入WTO后,市场环境变得更加规范、更加开放、更加激烈的情况下,大部分高速发展的中小企业却遇到了困境.虽然这些企业成长的困境有各种各样,但都具有中国中小企业发展中普遍存在的问题.本文从中小企业所面临的内外环境分析了其发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策.

Background :In the 20th century,the appearance of large numbers of the 1980s,China's vigorous development of SMEs.once created a miracle in China's economic development.However,China's entry into the WTO,the market environment has become more standardized,more open and more intense circumstances,Most of the rapid development of the SMEs have encountered difficulties.Although the growth of these difficulties are varied,but they all have common problems in the development of SMEs in China.Based on analysis of the external environment faced by small and medium-sized enterprises development of the existing problems and the corresponding solutions.
