It is the China Government policy that all banks (including foreign banks) that operate in China,request Sellers to issue Non-Operative performance bond (PB) to the China's buyers before the buyers open the required DLC.When the Seller receives and accepted the buyer's confirmed and irrevocable DLC,the seller's PB shall be activated immediately.
Please ask Axxaco to understand our problem and to comply so that we can proceed with the deal.

If Mr Charlie Cheng accepts the said "procedure",the final Contract can definitely be out by tomorrow.Please let me know urgently by today.
