To sum up,there are great differences between Chinese and western dietary cultures,whatever about the conceptions of diet or eating habit or food.These differences not only about cultures,and also about the way which we thought.With the international expansion is in rapid of development,some parts of the differences between Chinese and
western dietary cultures are vanishing.For example,Chinese changed their focus on taste delicious to nutrition and taste both;and the western people from loving high protein and high fat foods to low protein and low fat foods.These explained that the eastern and the western are lerning each other about the dietary cultures.So,learning dietary cultures,not only can improve our knowledge of the differences of thinking in view between estern and western,and also improve the communications.
