（1）使用长桌或椭圆形桌子,宾主分坐于桌子两侧.
（2）若谈判桌横放,面门位置属于客方；背门位置属于主方.
（3）若谈判桌竖放,以进门方向为准,右侧为客方,左侧属主方.
