b.He believes his father will come back soon,doesn't he?
2.D这是对于现在事实的肯定猜测.我再给你几个例子吧,方便区别.

b.He must be watching TV,isn't he?

d.He must have stayed up late last night,didn't he?(这句一定要注意,出现过去时间词,表示对于过去事情的猜测,一定要用过去时.这是最容易考察的.）
再加一些：这题是猜测哦.不是”必须“.如下题,You must study hard.这里就是必须的意思.所以你要按照情态动词的反意来做,就是mustn't you?
