It has some advantage.On the one hand,the friends you made are from many different countries.They can make you learn from them and know about a lot of interesting knowladge and watch the world.On the other hand,it can also make people feel relaxed and fun.So Children will have fun learning it.
And it also has disadvantage.Children cannot control themselves well So children will waste time to surf the Internet.And they will be worse and worse.
I think if children could control themselves,making friends on line is a good behave.If not,the parents should help to cintrol them.
