C:Well,thanks for calling.The design is nice,the texture great,but the only thing is the size.
M:What about the size?Can you be more specific about it?
C:Well,it's embarrassing really,because I've remembered wrong of my size.I'm size L but I bought a size M,so it's a bit tight for me.
M:Don't worry,Ma'am.Do you still have your receipt from our store?Bring it back tomorrow with your cloth,and I'll be happy to change it to the one your size.
