The mobile-phone is indeed nessary to people.But the negative of it are obvious.For example,in order to increase the sale,some companies promote the mobile-phone to students.Some students often waste a lot of time chatting over the phone in their spare time,some even use them to cheat in exams.In addition,mobile phone bill is also a heavy burden on students' families.Even worse,some companies are profit oriented.They expose the customer’s informations to others,which would harm the customer’s benefit.
Therefore a strict law should be issued to keep the mobile-phone under proper control.under the guidance of the law,I think,the mobile-phone will play a better and better role in the future.
