1. 在这时,在那时是用in this time、in that time还是用at this time、at that time呀?

2. American English is still widely spoken and taught here.这句话中,spoken和taught为什么用过去式呀,还是说是被动语态的意思?我说American English is still widely speaking and teaching here.可以吗?

表示某一时间段,用in this time
表示某一时间点,用at this time.
被动语态,只能用spoken和taught
