He secretly found Wickham, gave him a fortune, and asked him to marry Lydia. Liz knew what Mr. Darcy did unintentionally after that, which made her irresistable affection for him bursted out once again, and finally she admitted that she loved Mr. Darcy dearly and accepted his proposal.
