The tenderer shall examine all instructions,forms to be filled and specifications in the tender
documents.Failures to furnish all information required by the tender documents,or submission of a tender not substantially responsive to the tendering documents in every respect will be at the tenderer’s risk and may result in rejection of his tender.
A prospective tenderer requiring any clarification of the tendering documents may notify the Employer in writing or by cable,telex or facsimile at the address indicated in the letter of invitation to tender.The Employer will only respond to requests for cl
