I understand that a reproduction will have differences from the original.However,the final version of the painting you showed me and I approved is not what I received.Also,the picture I received seems to be on a piece of "NYLON" and not a regular canvas.I have some prints on canvas that have more texture than the painting I received.
Is it possible for me to get a refund since the painting I received is not the version that I approved?

我知道制作出来的图肯定会和原始图有点不一样.但是,我现在收到的图和你们给我看的最后版本的图,我也确认的那个图不一样.而且我收到的图是画在尼龙布上的,不是帆布.我要的图的纹路更为复杂.
